INNOVATIVE USE OF OLIVE, WINERY AND CHEESE WASTE BY PRODUCTS IN ANIMAL NUTRITION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FUNCTIONAL FOODS FROM ANIMALS: INNO.TRITION
During the Final Event, the four project partners will present the main results obtained during the project implementation, and in particular:
• Use of agro-industry wastes as Olive, Winery and Cheese by-products, for the production of bioactive ingredients for functional feeds;
• Products development and pilot application in animals;
• Cross-Border Network creation for linking experts to producers.
